With everything chaning so quickly, we thought is would be easiest to pop all of our Covid-19 updates and information in one place for you!

We continue to review the government's advice regarding Covid-19 and are compliant with all of their measures. Similar to many ony businesses, it has been difficult for us to decide whether or not to stay open and also to decide how best to manage the shop at this time.

We have decided to keep the shop open but have made a few changes:

  1. Our postage days have reduced from daily, to only twice per week in order to reduce the amount of social contact we have (helping to keep us and Royal Mail safe!)
  2. The frequency of deliveries we receive for stock have also been condensed, for the same reasons 
  3. This sadly means that at present, we are having to limit the amount of boxes we have available on the website

1. When will you be restocking?

We are restocking as frequently as we can but due to an increase in demand and longer lead time from our suppliers, we cannot give specific restock dates at present.

2. Can I order a box for a specific date?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates at present.

3. I’ve placed an order but it has not yet been dispatched.

We’re sorry that orders are taking longer than usual. In line with Covid-19 guidelines we have reduced the number of Royal Mail collections from daily to twice weekly. All orders are currently being dispatched within the 5 working days stated when you placed your order (some even sooner than this). Please note that working days do not include the weekend or bank holidays.

4. My order has been dispatched but has not been received yet.

We’re sorry that this is the case. All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class post which means they normally arrive within 1-2 working days. We understand that at present, they are experiencing some delays and some orders are taking longer than this. All bakes last for 2-3 weeks so please bear with them - we find this delay just as frustrating as you do but we know we’re not the only company facing these delays and hope you can understand that these are extenuating circumstances. If an order has not arrived within 7 working days (this excludes Sundays and bank holidays) we will look into this for you and send a replacement if required.
