Return Information

We try our hardest to ensure that all of our products are in perfect condition before we ship them to you. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us and we will do our very best to help. 

OUR RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY 

If you are unhappy with your order, you can return the box within 14 days of your purchase. After 14 days, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be uneaten and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original box.

REFUNDS 

Once your return has been received, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are eligible for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We aim to process all returns and refunds as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or if the item is not as described. If you require an exchange, please email [email protected] and send your item to: The Bakery, 2 Imperial Gardens, Low Street, South Milford, LS25 5FR

Please note that you will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for all returned items. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
